Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order. If you change your mind, you can return your item to us within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

Our preferred option is store credit. Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue the full value of the returned item as credit to your account, which you can use towards your next order.

If you would prefer a refund instead, you can request a refund to your original payment method where applicable under your statutory consumer rights.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach us.
